Abstract and Paper Deadlines

To access the PDF versions of papers, one must be an ECS member or be affiliated with an institution with a subscription to ECS Transactions.Papers accepted for presentation will be published in a proceedings volume that will be available at the meeting. Therefore, the following deadlines must be strictly met.
February 13, 2009: submission of titles and short abstracts.
The short abstract deadline was extended to February 20, 2009. No further short abstracts will be accepted. Full abstracts submitted by April 3, for which no short abstract was submitted, will be considered for poster presentation only.
March 6, 2009: notification of abstract acceptance.
April 3, 2009: full abstract due to ECS (required for paper acceptance!). The web site for abstract submission is: http://ecsmeet6.peerx-press.org/cgi-bin/main.plex. A link to the abstract template is provided below.
April 24, 2009: paper submission opens on ECS web site.
May 8, 2009: Full manuscript due via ECS web site (detailed instructions sent upon abstract acceptance).
July 3, 2009: Revised manuscripts due, if revisions are required.
July 10, 2009: Authors notified of final manuscript acceptance.

Poster Format
The area available for posters will be in landscape orientation: 90 cm high by 190 cm wide (approximately 35 inches high by 75 inches wide). Please ensure that your poster will fit within these dimensions. Push pins will be provided.
