Biography

Li  Lin

Dr. Li Lin is Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He has been a faculty member at SUNY Buffalo since he obtained his Ph.D. in 1989 from Arizona State University. Dr. Lin's research areas are in manufacturing and healthcare systems, including computer simulation, workflow analysis and improvement, and efficient healthcare deliveries in ED, OR and home care. Dr. Lin's research has been supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Agency for Healthcare Research Research and Quality (AHRQ) and industrial spondors, including many manufacturing companies and several healthcare organizations.
