I wrote this page as a result of trying to find information about installing and configuring one of Microsoft's latest operating systems, Windows XP Home Edition. There are lots of good sites out there, and I found these particularly useful. I have also built a repository of what I consider to be "must have" software, which can be found here (read the readme.html file first).
