NoMaD:
Nanoelectronic Materials & Devices Research Group

ABOUT NOMAD

NoMaD is a group of electrical engineers and physicists, based at the University at Buffalo (UB), who undertake fundamental research in nanolectronics. Led by Prof. Jonathan Bird, Professor & Chair in the Department of Electrical Engineering at UB, researchers in NOMAD explore the electrical properties of emerging nanomaterials, study quantum phenomena occurring at the nanoscale, and investigate novel electronic-device paradigms for beyond-CMOS electronics
