Dr. Christina Tsai has joined the Department of Civil, Structural, and
Environmental Engineering at SUNY Buffalo since 2002. Dr. Tsai's teaching
interests include open channel hydraulics, hydroinformatics applications in
environmental and water resources engineering, risk and reliability analysis,
engineering mathematics and water wave propagation. Courses taught include
applied engineering statistics, hydrologic engineering and sediment
transport. Dr. Tsai's research interests cover topics including
stochastic hydraulics, hydrology and water resource engineering;
hydroinformatics; and environmental hydromechanics and river hydraulics. Her recent research has focused on wave
mechanics, unsteady sediment transport, and artificial neural network
applications, stochastic modeling and river hydraulics. |
