UB Engineering is pleased to share exciting news:

The longstanding Engineering Trailer Complex, located between Ketter and Jarvis Halls, will meet its demise at 7:30 AM, Friday, June 27th 2008! The trailers have been with us for over twenty years, and with their demolition, UB Engineering celebrates the clearing of the way for a new building to house the departments of Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Please accept our invitation to celebrate this moment, and watch as Dean Stenger takes the inaugural razing swipe. Light refreshments will be served.

For those who will not be able to visit the site on the 27th, a live-cam will broadcast the demolition and the new construction progress. The live-cam will be available online at: www.eng.buffalo.edu/newbuilding/construction/. We also invite you to comment and share your memories of the UB Engineering Trailer Complex in the Comments section of the web page. Architectural renderings of the new building can be viewed at www.eng.buffalo.edu/newbuilding/drawings/.

Please RSVP Deanie Hedrick by end of business on Wednesday, June 25th: hedrick@eng.buffalo.edu; or 716.645.2768 x1110. We hope to see you there!

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
