Contextual Narrative
|
As indicated in an email message last week, we have
been requested to produce an approximately 2 page "contextual
narrative" for the environmental portion of the study, as an aid and
quick reference for commissioners when answering questions about the study.
I have set up the basic outline and filled in a few thoughts, but I would
like your input to finish it. I will send it to everyone by email for
editing.

Teleconference
|
The teleconference originally planned for last week is
scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, 7/7, 1:30 - 3:00. The main purpose of
the conference call is to provide guidance to ETWG members on how to use the IERM interface to evaluate their individual performance indicators, and to address any questions/issues related to using the IERM. So, please run your version of IERM on your computer before you call in.

subgroup meeting some time towards the end of July or beginning of August.

first half of September. Place and time will be announced later.

Teleconference
|
A teleconference will be set up towards the end of the
week of 6/28, to discuss use of the IERM and interpretation of results.

IERM discussion
board
|
The IERM discussion board link is at http://hartgerink.com/phpBB2/.
The IERM discussion board will allow ETWG members to post questions,
comments, or concerns related to the IERM and discuss the results in a
forum setting. Each ETWG member's name has been pre-registered on this discussion board - to log in, each member simply needs to provide his/her
full name as the user name and "etwguser" as the password. Individual e-mail addresses will also be provided on this site. The primary goal in
using this discussion board is to avoid the pitfalls of exchanging e-mails with such a large group - namely, the potential to miss or misplace messages
in your inbox, and the disorganization that comes along with multiple responses to e-mail messages.
The discussion board will also provide a record of responses and input in
connection with further model development. This is an important feature for
developing credibility for the model.

IERM download
|
The IERM download page is at http://www.limno.com/ierm.
It will contain instructions and links to download the installation files for the initial release of the IERM (v1.0). We will plan
to post updated installation files, etc. to this page as necessary in the coming months. Note that this page will also include a link to the IERM
discussion board (see below).
