Director of The Great Lakes Program

The Great Lakes Program was established in 1985 to support efforts designed to protect and preserve the Great Lakes Ecosystem. This ecologically and economically important ecosystem is home to more than 40 million people in the United States and Canada.

The mission of the Great lakes Program is to coordinate the development, evaluation, and synthesis of scientific and technical knowledge on the Great Lakes Ecosystem in support of public education and policy formation.
