In a public ceremony at the front grounds of UB Engineering’s newest building, Dean Harvey G. Stenger in the company of Barbara and Jack Davis announced that the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences will name its new building Barbara and Jack Davis Hall to honor the Western New York couple who has given $5 million toward the construction and enhancement of the facility. On hand to receive the announcement and to hear the remarks by Dean Stenger and Jack Davis were members of the Buffalo area press corps and engineering faculty, staff and students.
