I pity people who wake up every day dreading the thought of going to work. I thoroughly enjoy most of the things I do at work. Among the things I most like about my job is that I have the opportunity to conduct research on topics that I find interesting, important and relevant. The links at the left lead to descriptions of those activities. However, I wouldn't have these opportunities, and consequently I wouldn't have such a high level of job satisfaction, if there weren't people and organizations that were willing to sponsor the research.
