Sarveswara Sastry Peri
Sarves Peri completed his Ph. D. in 1995. Sarves studied the oxidation of methane over silica-supported palladium catalysts. In particular, he investigated an unusual phenomenon wherein the catalyst activity increased during the first several hours it was on stream. Sarves also did some work involving hydrodechlorination.
