Algorithms for Morphology Parameter Calculations on Intracranial Aneurysms
In this branch of our research, Computational Vascular Morphology (CVM) is to provide the resources for accurate morphological calculations on Human Cerebral Aneurysms. The programs were coded using Matlab R2007a. The program has the capability of performing calculations on 3D Triangulated Surface (.stl) files. Details of all inputs required as files to the program, and user inputs the program interactively asks for have been provided in the User Manual.
