If you would like to get access to use the E-Beam facility, you must follow this procedure:

1. Send an email to the Facility contact person with the appropriate information in it. Make sure that you have included ALL the information. Click here to get the text so you can cut and paste it into your email message.
2. Download and fill out both of these forms:
3. Visit the EBL site on UBLearns. To find the EBL site, look under Course Catalog and then click on the Training Folder. The title is Electron Beam Lithography Lab.(This is not yet available)
