For Accordent file format
 A.A computer with a CD-ROM or DVD drive.
B.Real Media Player
a.NOTE: There are known issues with version 11 on Windows XP.
Please use version 10.
C.Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser.
For optimal playback use Internet Explorer.
To play a recording:
 1.Navigate to the CD
2.Open the folder for the recording you would like to play
  
 3.Double-click the file called index.htm or index.html (either one works)
A web browser will open.
4.Click on the View link to play the file.
 
 For Windows Media file format
 A.A computer with a CD-ROM or DVD drive.
B.Windows Media Player version 9 or above.
C.For Macintosh computers you will need either:
 a.Flip4Mac which allows the files to be played in QuickTime.
b.Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X for optimal playback.
To play a recording:
 1.Navigate to the CD
2.Double-click the one you would like to play
