All EngiNet™ students are required to complete and mail or fax the forms below to the EngiNet™ office.

If you are a first time graduate EngiNet™ student, please use the following link to apply on-line using the EngiNet™ GrAdMIT form. GrAdMIT forms are required of all first-time University at Buffalo graduate students.

Please note that your GrAdMIT form will not be processed until you have completed and faxed to our office the EngiNet™ registration forms found below.

You should not fill out the GrAdMIT form if you are a current UB graduate student and are continuing in our program in consecutive semesters.

To be assured that any course you take will count toward a degree program, prior to registration please speak to your engineering department advisor.

Please Note: Full time on-campus graduate students must receive departmental permission to take EngiNet™ courses.
