Hatim A. Tyabji is recognized for both his visionary innovation and his executive leadership. He has more than 40 years of experience as a board member, operating executive and entrepreneur in various technology industry segments, including mobile communications, enterprise software, financial services and mainframe computing. Research & Development, Air Force Research Laboratory
John Matyjas joined the Air Force Research Laboratory in 2004, performing R&D in the information connectivity branch. His research interests are in the areas of wireless multiple-access communications and networking, statistical signal processing and optimization, and neural networks. Additionally, Dr. Matyjas serves as an adjunct faculty member n the Department of Electrical Engineering at the State University of New York, Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.

Christopher Scolese is NASA chief engineer, leading a technical team of 30,000, and is responsible for the direction, oversight and assessment of all the agency's programs. Mr. Scolese is a recipient of the UB Clifford C. Furnas Memorial Award, presented to graduates with distinguished achievements in engineering or science.

Mysore Prakash is a telecommunications industry executive with a strong background in product management, strategic marketing and business development. After graduating from UB, Dr. Prakash worked at AT&T Bell Labs, in the Data Networking group. Later on he worked at Nortel Networks and Genband managing strategy and product groups in wireless and VoIP divisions.
