Ketter Hall Room 208 Security Lock

Introduction

This page describes department policy regarding access to 208 Ketter Hall through the programmed security lock.

The lock was installed as a solution to security problems with this and other computer labs on campus. As soon as a majority of department members with access privileges to the lab is entered into the lock database, the door to the lab will remain closed and access will be by valid UBCARD only.

If you have not submitted your UBCARD number, please do so now.

Who Has Access?

• All undergraduates (junior & senior) accepted as Civil Engineering majors.
• All Civil Engineering graduate students.
• All department Faculty and Staff members.
• Support staff from Engineering Computing Services

• Fill out the form located at http://pacoima.eng.buffalo.edu 
• Your number will be entered into the lock database during the week it is received.
• On the Wednesday following submission of your number, try your card in the lock.
• If your card does not work, send a message to that effect and the situation will be remedied.
