Engineer of the Year
Irving Shames, SUNY distinguished teaching professor emeritus, accepts the 2005 Engineer of the Year Award from Craig Forget, BS CIE '92 MS CIE '96, chair of the EASAA Engineer and Applied Scientist of the Year Committee. EASAA presented the award to Shames in recognition of the thousands of engineering students he taught during his tenure at UB.
